3. Respect for Others

WanderX is built to help people communicate more naturally across cultures and languages.

You may not use the Services to:

• Promote hatred or unlawful discrimination.
• Engage in abusive or unlawful conduct.
• Share content intended to seriously harm or exploit another person.

We encourage respectful communication and expect users to treat others with courtesy and professionalism.

4. Voice Profiles

Voice Profiles are one of WanderX's core features.

You may create a Voice Profile only if:

• The voice belongs to you; or
• You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the individual whose voice is being used.

You may not:

• Create a Voice Profile without authorization.
• Use another person's voice to deceive others.
• Impersonate another individual for fraudulent purposes.
• Use Voice Profiles to mislead, scam, or manipulate others.
• Use Voice Profiles in violation of applicable law.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Voice Profiles complies with applicable legal requirements.

5. Fraud and Illegal Activities

You may not use WanderX to facilitate, promote, or participate in activities including, but not limited to:

• Fraud
• Identity theft
• Financial scams
• Phishing
• Social engineering
• Money laundering
• Human trafficking
• Child exploitation
• Terrorism
• Distribution of illegal content
• Sale of illegal goods or services
• Circumvention of applicable law

WanderX reserves the right to cooperate with lawful investigations where required or permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not use WanderX to upload, distribute, transmit, or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit through the Services.

7. Platform Security

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the Services.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the platform.
• Use automated systems or bots in a manner that negatively affects other users or the Services.

We continuously monitor for activity that threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

You may not use WanderX to:

• Abuse promotional offers, referral programs, or trial access.
• Artificially manipulate platform features or engagement.
• Interfere with another user's experience.

WanderX is intended to facilitate genuine communication, not abusive or deceptive activity.

9. Responsible Use of Communications

WanderX is designed to facilitate communication across languages.

Users remain responsible for reviewing communications before sending or relying upon them.

You should not use WanderX where inaccurate communications could reasonably result in significant harm without independently reviewing the communication or obtaining appropriate professional assistance.

Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as replacing your own judgment regarding the appropriateness or accuracy of a communication.

10. Enforcement

If WanderX reasonably believes that this Policy has been violated, we may take action including:

• Removing content.
• Restricting access to features.
• Suspending accounts.
• Terminating accounts.
• Refusing future access to the Services.
• Reporting unlawful activity where required or permitted by applicable law.

The action taken will depend upon the nature, severity, frequency, and potential impact of the violation.

Nothing in this Policy limits WanderX's rights under its Terms of Service or applicable law.
